Let me introduce myself. I am the Reporter. And it is my job, to post entries to share everything and anything about BaAnna's wondrous journey into the world of Animation and the media industry, here on this blog.
BaAnna is an ordinary girl from an island (a small red dot on the world map), who dreams of becoming an animator and making really good animation. Her ultimate fantasy is to someday create a film of her own.
BaAnna studied Visual Effects and Animation at 3Dsense Singapore from April 2010 to April 2011. There, she learnt foundation drawing such as Portrait drawing, Perspective, Life Drawing, Character Design, Color Studies and Anatomy. She also learnt industry related knowledge such as Film Studies, Storyboarding and Storytelling. Most importantly, she learnt the Principles of Animation here and more when she took up Animation as a specialisation, where she learnt more about body mechanics and acting. BaAnna also enjoyed the other lessons she took: Modeling (basic and organic). Rigging. Basic Lighting & Compositing in Maya and Digital Painting.
